Our journey through Egypt with Mourad Sedky and Mirus Voyages exceeded every expectation and became one of the most meaningful travel experiences of my life. From beginning to end, I felt completely safe, cared for, and professionally guided throughout the tour.
One of the things I appreciated most was the outstanding organization and security provided during the trip. The presence of security personnel throughout our travels gave us tremendous peace of mind while visiting crowded tourist sites, airports, and traveling between cities. Mourad Sedky coordinated everything seamlessly with the drivers and security team, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the experience with confidence.
Mourad was exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, calm, and deeply passionate about Egypt’s history, culture, and spiritual heritage. Whether exploring the pyramids of Giza, descending into the ancient chambers at Saqqara, visiting the Cave Church in Christian Cairo, cruising the Nile aboard the MS Premium, or walking through Luxor Temple at night, Mourad brought every location to life with insight and clarity.
The drivers were equally outstanding, navigating Egypt’s busy streets with professionalism, skill, and kindness. We always felt safe and comfortable throughout the journey.
Some of the most unforgettable moments included standing before the Great Sphinx, riding a camel beside the pyramids, exploring ancient painted tombs, sailing the Nile, and renewing my wedding vows with my wife, Judith, after fifty years of marriage, aboard the MS Premium at sunset.
What truly stood out was the warmth and hospitality shown by Mourad, the drivers, and the security personnel. They treated us not merely as tourists, but as honored guests. Their care, professionalism, and generosity made this journey unforgettable.

Mourad is the BEST!! He’s got a fountain of knowledge and he’s very fun to work with. He didn't feel like your normal tour guide. He was a friend! We had many moments of laughter and fellowship.
We had the full experience and there were many great surprises every corner of the trip. I would highly recommend Mourad for all of your tours.

In a word... Wow! Mourad is a fantastic guide. The combination of historical knowledge, linguistic capabilities, humor and care makes him very special! Now he's more like family than a stranger. Having a passion for both his work and his customers like he has is truly above and beyond the norm of a lot of tour guides and companies. Deuxième voyage en Egypte avec Mirus Voyage : le premier était merveilleux, le second extraordinaire. Merci Mourad pour les étoiles que nous gardons une nouvelle fois dans les yeux à notre retour, ou plutôt les hiéroglyphes, les couleurs du Nil, cette nature si belle, le désert, la découverte de la culture égyptienne antique et moderne. On attend déjà avec impatience le troisième voyage.

I have worked with Mourad Sedky for many years now to bring groups to Egypt for trips that combine some tourism with visits with the Egyptian Protestant churches and their ministries. We have been all over the country, from Alexandria to Luxor and Aswan, Cairo, Minia and Assiut and other areas. Mourad is a delight as well as professional and wise to work with in planning itineraries as well as all the myriad details of lodging, meals and transportation comfortable for Westerners. He is the perfect combination of expertise, entertainment, and professionalism, and embodies the Egyptian culture of hospitality. His English is clear and his running commentary on various sites and aspects of Egyptian culture is enriching and enjoyable. He even looks a lot like the sphinx - (check him out in profile).

Un grand merci à MOURAD et MIRUS VOYAGE pour ce magnifique voyage hors norme. Nous avons passé un moment fantastique et riche en émotions dans ce si beau pays où l'on se sent en sécurité. Le programme concocté sur mesure était d'une grande qualité avec la visite des principaux sites et encore plus, le confort des hotels et des restaurants typiques mais surtout des guides d'un grand professionnalisme et d'une grande disponibilité. Les chauffeurs privés toujours à l'écoute et discret nous ont permis de sortir des sentiers battus pour notre grand plaisir. Un rapport qualité/prix défiant toute concurrence et une organisation à recommandé sans modération. Premier voyage mais certainement pas le dernier en Egypte avec MIRUS VOYAGE.

Un voyage extraordinaire comme à chaque fois avec Mirus. 3ème voyage avec Mirus en famille et entre amis et c’est une vraie chance de voyager avec des passionnés, des personnes de valeur, qui vous font découvrir la vraie Égypte. Tout l'inverse d’une boîte à touriste. Promis on revient vite ! Yalla !

Un voyage hors du commun pour un pays hors du commun ! Des guides très érudits, des hôtels de choix, des restaurants typiques, des visites sur mesure comme on veut et où l'on veut, un accompagnement discret et bienveillant ..
Un voyage hors du temps en toute sécurité et loin des foules.
Je recommande vivement de découvrir l'Egypte par ce moyen de voyage très libre.
C'est la deuxième fois que nous voyageons avec Mirus Voyage et nous allons recommencer ...

We spent four wonderful days touring Egypt with Mourad from Mirus Voyages, and he was outstanding. Traveling as a family of four ranging from 13 to 81 years old, Mourad designed and flawlessly executed a personalized itinerary that balanced history, culture, and shopping perfectly for all of us.
He is incredibly knowledgeable about Egyptian history, speaks excellent English, and navigates Cairo with ease. Mourad handled every detail seamlessly—from transportation with a skilled driver and spotless, comfortable van to smooth site access and thoughtful daily planning. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made our experience stress-free and deeply enriching.
We felt completely taken care of and cannot recommend Mourad and Mirus Voyages highly enough.
